Chair: Chris Geisert
The RMA Chair serves as the lead of the RMA and the representative of the Charter Groups. Communication between Charter Groups and the RMA is conducted by the RMA Chair. The RMA Chair oversees the operations of all officers and assumes any responsibilities of any empty officer positions.
Vice-Chair: Griffin Smith
The RMA Vice-Chair assists the RMA Chair with the duties of that position. The RMA Vice-Chair serves as the secondary leader in place of the RMA Chair in the event the RMA Chair unable to perform the duties associated with the position. Adherence of the Constitution is upheld by the RMA Vice-Chair. Like the RMA Chair, the RMA Vice-Chair assumes the responsibilities of any officer unable to perform the duties of that position.
Treasurers: Jake Herman
It is the duty of the RMA Treasurer to write and record the RMA’s budget and expenditures. The Treasurer also prepares the yearly budget and submits it to the RMA for approval. Coordination with Charter Group Treasurers is conducted by the RMA Treasurer for each Charter Group’s budget.
Property Managers: Ben Longchamp & Ryan Carkin
The RMA Property Supervisor manages the RMA’s inventory of musical instruments and other property. Signing in and out of RMA-owned property and maintaining the corresponding records are the responsibilities of the RMA Property Supervisor. The RMA Property Supervisor is also in charge of conducting and documenting a comprehensive inventory.
Secretary: Megan Fife
The RMA Secretary records the minutes of the meetings. Outside of proposed budgets and concert plans, the RMA Secretary is responsible for RMA paperwork. Maintenance of the website is another responsibility of the RMA Secretary.
Security Coordinators: Max Podowski & Chris Garuti
The RMA Security Coordinator maintains the safety and security of the J Building Music Suite and its contents. Assignment, distribution, and collection of keys and locks are the responsibilities of the RMA Security Coordinator. Access to the J Building is granted through the RMA Security Coordinator.
Concert Coordinators: Josiah Thieme & Gerald Osborne
The RMA Concert Coordinator organizes and supervises concerts for Charter Groups. As a liaison between the Charter Group managers, the RMA, and facilities administrators, the RMA Concert Coordinator ensures dates, times, and venues for concerts.
Publicity/Recruitment Coordinator: Abbie Snyder
The RMA Publicity/Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for announcements and advertisements by the RMA and its Charter Groups. Recruitment for the RMA and its Charter Groups is also facilitated by the RMA Publicity/Recruitment Coordinator.
Master Librarian: Jarrett Rosenberg & Trevor Crystal
The RMA Master Librarian is responsible for management of the RMA’s music library. Along with Charter Group Librarians, the RMA Master Librarian maintains the database of all music in possession of the RMA and the Charter Groups.
Small Groups Representative: TBA
The RMA Small Groups Representative oversees all of the small groups, and is the contact person for all matters related to the RMA’s small groups.
Summer Officers: Chris Geisert & Gerald Osborne
The RMA Summer Officers are responsible for keeping the RMA alive over the summer. With Summer Arch, there are many more students on campus during the summer, so the summer officers oversee management and upkeep of the RMA during the summer.
