RMA-sponsored concerts are always free-of-charge. Everyone is welcome to attend. Please email rma_officers @ union.rpi.edu if you have any questions, comments, or concerns.
RMA Concerts
- RMA Spring Concert in EMPAC - April 18, 2009
- Join the Rensselaer Music Association for a showcase performance by RPI's talented student musicians in the EMPAC Concert Hall (this is on the 5th floor in EMPAC). Experience two concerts full of various musical acts including the Symphony Orchestra, Jazz Ensemble, Symphonic Band, Concert Choir, Percussion Ensemble, Campus Serenaders and many more. Concerts will be at 2 and 6 PM, and the following is the concert order. We encourage you to stay for the entirety of either performance that you attend; please keep in mind that if you join us after the starting time, you should leave yourself 15 minutes before the group you intend to see, as starting times are approximate and may vary.

- RPI Concert Choir in the C+CC - April 28, 2009
- The RPI Concert Choir is pleased to present an American Musicale for their spring concert. Come and hear the works of Randall Thompson, Aaron Copland, and many others. All are welcome to attend.
Rensselaer Union Classical Concert Series
Free student tickets will be available one week prior to each concert at the Rensselaer Union Administration & Student Activities Office, located in the Union room 3702, for performances at the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall, Kiggins Hall at Emma Willard School and Proctors Theater.
Each student with an RPI ID may pick up two tickets, while supplies last.
Faculty and staff may sign up on a waiting list for each concert for any remaining tickets and will be notified within 8 business hours before each concert if there are available tickets.
RMA Classical Coffeehouse Series
The Classical Coffeehouse events, part of the Classical Concert series, are RMA events taking place in Mother's in the Union. They feature chamber groups and soloists that are students of music right here at RPI. They take place on the following dates in Spring 2009 (all events are on Wednesdays 6:30 PM and last approximately an hour, unless otherwise noted):
